Hanna Kick-Off Package

Take back
your front door.

OpenTable rents it back to you for £8,000+ a year. ChatGPT can't find you at all. The Hanna Kick-Off Package fixes both — a commission-free booking form plus an AI-search-ready website, free for 3 months. Then £99 per month, included in Hanna Core. That's it.

If you can't be found, you can't be booked.

Restaurant discovery moved off the phone, off the high street, and now off Google itself. Most independent venues haven't caught up with where it went next.

Two enemies are eating your bookings right now.

One is sending you a monthly invoice. The other isn't sending anything — because it doesn't know you exist.

01 — The visible tax

OpenTable rents you back your own customers.

When someone Googles your restaurant name, OpenTable's listing often outranks your own website. The diner clicks the OpenTable link — and you pay $1.00 to $1.50 every time they sit down. Plus the monthly subscription. Plus 2% on deposits. Plus you don't own the guest data.

SevenRooms is a different shape of the same problem: opaque custom pricing, $20K–$100K total cost over three years, and you're still locked into their ecosystem.

500 OpenTable network covers / month = $899–$1,249 / month on top of subscription. £8,000–£12,000 / year. Just for bookings.
02 — The invisible tax

ChatGPT can't recommend a restaurant it can't read.

When a diner asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Apple Intelligence "best yakitori in London" or "Sunday lunch near Holborn", these models pull from structured schema markup on your website. Restaurant schema. Menu schema. OpeningHours. FAQ.

Most independent restaurant websites — built on Wix, Squarespace or a designer's WordPress — have none of it. Which means when the AI synthesises an answer, your competitor with the right markup gets named. You don't.

AI Overviews now appear on 16% of all Google searches — and growing. The window to be cited closes quietly every week.

A 500-cover-a-month restaurant, side by side.

Two products. One fee. Zero per-cover anything.

Built and proven in two live London venues — Hotori (Yakitori & Edomae Sushi, FT-reviewed) and Charcoal Champ (Chinese BBQ, Kings Cross). The platform is multi-tenant from the database up.

Direct booking form

Mobile-first reservation form, party size grid, real-time availability, London-timezone aware. Commission-free. Embeddable on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, custom — anywhere.

AI-search schema baked in

Restaurant, Menu, OpeningHours, FAQ and Offer schema served as JSON-LD on every page. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Apple Intelligence can read, verify and cite you.

Allergens, pre-orders, experiences

14 UK FSA allergen tags, structured dietary notes, pre-order routing to the kitchen, ticketed experiences (omakase, chef's table). All on the guest's first booking, not after a phone call.

Google Business Profile sync

Hours, menu, photos, booking link kept in lockstep with your Google listing — the single most important surface for "near me" search. Google Reserve integration ready.

UK GDPR by default

DSR management, consent logging, right to erasure, lawful basis tracking. You own every guest profile. Exportable, portable, deletable. Hosted in the UK and EU only.

Monthly visibility report

A short, plain-English report each month: where you ranked on Google, which AI engines cited you, which menu items showed up in answers, and the one thing to fix next.

Onboarded in a week. Live before you pay.

One conversation. Seven days. Zero up-front cost. No drawn-out implementation phase.

01

Day 1 — 30-minute call

We map your menu, opening hours, cancellation policy, experiences and brand. No long forms. We pull your existing Google Business Profile and the basics from your current site.

02

Day 2–7 — Build & stage

We provision your tenant, build the AI-schema website, configure the booking form, sync Google, and stage the lot for your review. You see the live preview before anything goes public.

03

Week 2 onwards — Live, free

Take real bookings. Watch your visibility grow. Use it for 3 months at zero cost. Either continue at £99/month from month 4, upgrade to Full Hanna Core, or walk away. No retention games.

The honest answers.

Why is it so cheap compared to OpenTable and SevenRooms?
Because we're building a platform, not extracting a tax. The whole pitch of Hanna AI is that booking and discovery shouldn't be a per-cover business. £99/month covers our infrastructure, support and continuous improvement. The upside for us is that when you outgrow Kick-Off, you upgrade to Full Hanna Core (POS, AI guest chat, briefings, intelligence) — and stay for the long run. Same logic Hotori has been operating on for two years.
What happens after the 3 months free?
From month 4 it's £99/month. That's it. No price ladder, no surprise add-ons. If you outgrow it and want guest intelligence, AI staff briefings, allergen AI, or the iPad POS — Full Hanna Core is £249–349/month. You're never obliged to upgrade.
Can I keep my existing OpenTable / SevenRooms / Resy account?
Yes. Hanna Kick-Off runs alongside any existing system — same restaurant, two booking channels for the transition period. Most venues switch fully when their annual third-party renewal comes up, by which point they're seeing how many direct bookings the schema-ready site is generating.
Who owns the guest data?
You do. Every guest profile, every booking, every email address — all yours. Exportable as CSV at any time. We are fully UK GDPR compliant, lawful basis is documented per guest, and right-to-erasure is a one-click operation. We will never sell, share, or aggregate your guest data with any third party.
What does "AI-search-ready" actually mean technically?
Every page is served with JSON-LD structured data — Restaurant, Menu, OpeningHours, FAQ, Offer, AggregateRating where available — so AI engines can parse your offering without guessing. Restaurant schema matches you to cuisine queries. Menu schema with suitableForDiet tags matches you to dietary queries. OpeningHours matches you to "open now" queries. FAQPage matches you to long-tail questions like "do you have outdoor seating in Holborn". The site is fast, mobile-first, semantically clean — exactly what AI engines optimise toward when picking sources to cite.
Does my existing website get replaced?
Two options. We can build you a fresh AI-ready site at your domain (kept as part of the package) — usually the right call if your current site is on Wix or Squarespace and has limited schema. Or, if you've invested in a custom site, we keep the front-of-house design and rebuild the schema layer underneath so AI engines can read it. Either way, the booking form is embeddable anywhere.
What kind of restaurant is this for?
Independent UK restaurants and bars, typically 30–120 covers, owner-operated, where guest experience is the product. Japanese, modern European, neighbourhood institutions, small wine bars, speakeasies, chef-led concepts. The two live tenants today are Hotori (Yakitori & Edomae Sushi, EC4A) and Charcoal Champ (Chinese BBQ, Kings Cross) — opposite ends of the format spectrum, same platform, zero customisation.
Who's behind Hanna AI?
Hanna AI Ltd is a UK-registered company (Companies House No. 17119925). The platform was built inside Hotori — a London restaurant that earned a Financial Times review from Jay Rayner — by the founder, who ran live dinner service while shipping every feature. Co-founder is a Managing Director at Accenture. We've spent two years inside real service, not in front of a whiteboard.
